These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sustainable.deals (the "Platform"), operated by fortheworld OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code EE102641749, registered address: Sepapaja 6 Tallinn 15551 Estonia). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Platform is
sustainable.deals is a flight and travel fare search and comparison engine. The Platform aggregates publicly offered fares from third-party airlines and online travel agencies ("Vendors") and displays them for comparison.
2. What the Platform is not
We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or ticket seller. We do not:
Sell, issue, or resell flight tickets or any travel product
Process payments for travel bookings
Hold, manage, or have access to any reservation
3. Bookings are made with Vendors
When you select an offer, you are forwarded to the relevant Vendor's website. Any booking you complete forms a contract exclusively between you and that Vendor, governed by the Vendor's own terms, fare rules, and privacy policy. The Vendor is solely responsible for ticket issuance, payment processing, changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer support related to your booking.
4. Accuracy of information
Fares, availability, and fare conditions are provided by Vendors and third-party data sources and can change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display current information but do not guarantee that any displayed fare will be available or identical at the time of booking. Always verify the final price and fare conditions on the Vendor's website before paying.
5. Commercial links
Some links on the Platform are commercial (affiliate) links. If you complete a booking after using such a link, we may receive a commission from the Vendor or its partner network. This commission is paid by the Vendor, never added to your price, and does not influence the ranking or presentation of search results. You are free to book directly with any Vendor without using our links.
6. Custom fare search (optional paid service)
We occasionally offer a manual fare-research service. Any payment for this service is a voluntary consultation fee (minimum €5, amount chosen by you) processed via Stripe. This fee covers research effort only — it does not constitute a booking, a travel service, or a guarantee of any fare. Voluntary fees are non-refundable once research has been delivered, except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Platform; run automated queries at excessive volume; misrepresent the Platform's results; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform's design, branding, and original content are the property of fortheworld OÜ. Vendor names, logos, and fare data remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fortheworld OÜ is not liable for: the performance or non-performance of any Vendor; fare changes, booking errors, cancellations, or refusals occurring on Vendor websites; or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including EU consumer protection rules.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. EU consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
