I have a problem with my booking. Can you help?

We genuinely wish we could, but we can't access, modify, or cancel bookings — we never had them in the first place. Your reservation lives entirely in the selected vendor's system.

What to do:

  1. Find your booking confirmation email — it identifies the agency or airline

  2. Contact their support directly using the details in that email

  3. Have your booking reference (PNR) ready
